For most of this year I made short explainers about AI systems: how the KV cache works, why a cheaper model can cost more, what an agent does when it says the job is done. They found an audience.
I got good at producing them and noticed I only ever talked about one thing. In September 2026 I made all of them private. None were deleted. These are the last numbers I recorded while they were up.
